A WhatsApp front desk for your clinic.
Patients message your clinic number at any hour. The assistant answers in Hindi or English, books them into your real slots, and your dashboard shows who is due back — and who is quietly drifting away.
Simulated demo — no real messages are sent.
Every clinic loses patients it never hears about.
Messages at 10 pm
Patients message when they feel unwell — evenings, Sundays, during a busy OPD. A late reply often means they have booked elsewhere.
The phone never stops
Your receptionist spends the morning answering the same questions: timings, fees, location, "is the doctor in today?"
Patients quietly drift
The BP patient who skips a review. The physio patient who stops after session four. Nobody notices until they are gone.
Three steps. Nothing for patients to install.
The patient messages
On your clinic's own WhatsApp number — the app they already use every day.
The assistant books them
It understands everyday Hindi and English, checks your real availability, and confirms the slot.
You see everything
Appointments, conversations, prescriptions and patients due for follow-up, in one dashboard.
Book on the phone above. Watch it arrive here.
This is the clinic's view. Make a booking in the chat at the top of the page and it appears in today's list.

One system, shaped to how you practise.
Different from clinic software you have seen.
It works where patients already are
Most clinic software is built for the doctor's desk. This is built for the patient's phone — no app, no portal, no password.
It keeps your current system
Already use practice software? Keep it. AK Goods sits in front of it, on WhatsApp, and handles the conversations your software never sees.
Your own clinic number
Patients see your clinic's name. Your personal number stays personal, and stops being flooded.
Set up with you, in person
We configure the assistant around your timings, services and fees, test it with you, and stay on call through the pilot.
The doctor stays in charge.
The assistant books, informs and follows up. It never diagnoses or prescribes.
- Emergencies come first. Messages describing chest pain, breathlessness, stroke signs or self-harm are directed to call 112 straight away, in Hindi and English, and flagged for the doctor.
- Every clinic's data is kept separately, in its own sheet, shared only with that clinic.
- Clinical decisions remain yours. Treatment suggestions in the dashboard are prompts for the doctor, never instructions to patients.
- We are open about who processes messages: WhatsApp (Meta) delivers them, an AI service drafts replies, and Google stores the clinic's records. Read our privacy policy.
Start with a free pilot.
We measure the pilot with you: bookings made on WhatsApp, bookings made after hours, and patients brought back. You decide with real numbers.
- WhatsApp assistant on your clinic number, in Hindi and English
- Clinic dashboard: appointments, conversations, prescriptions, follow-ups
- Set-up, configuration and training, done with you
- Support by WhatsApp and phone
- Cancel any time after the pilot
WhatsApp's own message charges, where they apply, are billed by Meta at cost. Prices exclude GST.
Apply for the pilotTestimonials will come from real pilots.
We are onboarding our founding clinics now. Their results — and their own words, with their permission — will appear here. We won't publish claims we can't show you.
What every pilot measures
- Appointments booked through WhatsApp
- Bookings made outside clinic hours
- No-shows before and during the pilot
- Lapsed patients brought back
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a new phone number?
Yes — a new SIM for the clinic's WhatsApp line. Your current number stays exactly as it is. The new number becomes your booking line, and we do the set-up; you only need the SIM for a one-time verification code.
Does it replace my current software?
No. It works alongside whatever you use today. Many clinics keep their records system and use AK Goods for everything that happens on WhatsApp.
What if a patient describes an emergency?
The assistant recognises emergency descriptions — such as chest pain, difficulty breathing or stroke signs — and tells the patient to call 112 immediately, before anything else. The conversation is flagged for the doctor.
Will it give medical advice?
No. It answers practical questions — timings, fees, location, preparation — and books appointments. Medical questions are directed to the doctor.
Can patients write in Hindi?
Yes. Patients can write in Hindi, in English, or a mix of both, the way people actually message.
Where is my patients' data kept?
Each clinic's records are kept separately and shared only with that clinic. See our privacy policy for exactly which services are involved.
What happens after the pilot?
If it works for you, it continues at ₹2,999 a month. If not, we switch it off — no contract to break.
Fifteen minutes, at your clinic or on a call.
Tell us a little about your clinic and we will reply within one working day.
I work directly with every clinic we take on: setting up the WhatsApp line, shaping the assistant around how you run your practice, and staying reachable throughout the pilot.
